After several years working at Steelcase and Merck Millipore, Véronique established Seed in October 2003. As a professional with experience in human resources and leading change, she speaks to branches of international groups, SMEs and public institutions about organising, discovering, promoting and supporting individual and group talent.

While working as a consultant, Véronique also taught management and human resources at the School of Management in Strasbourg for 8 years.

With a master’s in human resources management from Pairs Dauphine University and a master’s in economic sciences from the University of Strasbourg, she is licensed partner Insights® Discovery, master trainer Moovair® (personal assessment), certified Harrison Assessment (behavioral competencies) and CQ (intercultural intelligence).

Véronique speaks French, English and Italian.
