  Before creating his consulting business in 2004, Jean-Marc spent 13 years in various management roles in Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Nuclear and Cosmetics fields. He managed to hold both operational and strategic executive positions in manufacturing, development and engineering. Since then he is blessed with the opportunity to apply his talent, experience, knowledge and passion to do constructive work with Middle and Senior Executives from various companies. He helps his Clients define, design, and implement an effective performance strategy to meet their organization’s challenges and goals. He is passionate about helping individuals and organizations to improve, innovate, and transform towards Operational Excellence.

  Jean-Marc has a Master degree in Engineering (French Grande Ecole Arts et Métiers), an MBA certification (EuroMBA cursus, AMBA Accredited) and is Black Belt Lean Six Sigma Certified.

  Jean-Marc is bilingual in French and English.
