Francine JEANBLANC-SCHWAB

  Francine has 20 years of experience in recruitment for direct or mixed approaches including operational frameworks, managers, experts and high-potential employees in France and abroad. After occupying a senior consultant position then being a director of the international department, she went into partnership to create her own firm in 2009.

  She has recognised expertise in analysing candidates’ skills and intercultural environments. Her firm specialises in supporting German and German-speaking companies and is able to carry out projects in French, German, English and Spanish.

  She has a master’s in human resources management from the School of Management in Strasbourg. She also became an Agileom-certified coach in 2017 and is an IHEDN auditor.
